Labranda Alyssa Suite Hotel, Playa Blanca
With a total of just 120 rooms set around 3 swimming pools, you could almost class the 4 star Alyssa Suites as boutique. Set into the hillside of the extinct Montaña Roja Volcano in Playa Blanca, the Labranda Alyssa Suite Hotel offers stunning views across the La Bocaina Strait towards the neighbouring islands of Isla de Lobos and Fuerteventura. The hotel consists of 16 two bedroom suites and 104 one bedroom suites (3 rooms have been adapted for handicapped access), each with their own sunbathing terrace or balcony, free wi-fi, mini fridge and air-conditioning. The Be Live Experience Beach Hotel, as its name suggests has direct access to the Blue Flag, Las Cucharas Beach in Costa Teguise. Designed for the whole family, there’s a great children’s club, solar-heated swimming pools, gym and daily training sessions, along with various activities from water polo to mini golf, volleyball and darts. The Timanfaya restaurant serves buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner while the a-la-carte Manrique restaurant serves Spanish and Mexican fare.
