Directed by Jonatan Rodríguez, the show combines music (lots of percussion accompanied by piano, violin, bass and French horn) and dance to depict a time when the Canary Islands were constantly under threat of pirate attack.

UK DJ and remixer, Joey Negro (AKA Davis Lee), will headline the first night of the series on the 27th of July. Also on the ticket are US DJ and Producer, Nickodemus, and Lanzarote-born DJ, Hugo Cipres.

US DJ and producer, DJ Spinna, tops a bill that also includes UK DJ Red Greg (Disco), Hector Mingus from Tenerife and Lanzarote DJ-duo, Atlantik Sounds.

Headlining the bill is Anane Vega with her mix of Afro tech, the bill also includes UK DJ and producer Paris Cesvette, and a live performance by UK soul singer, Natasha Watts. The line-up is completed by Tenerife producer, Juan Fierro and Sr. Chinaski from Lanzarote.

The Romeria de los Dolores is the largest and most important fiesta in Lanzarote, and this year, the main pilgrimage will take place on Saturday the 15th of September.

There will also be three Children’s events; a 200m event for children under 5 years old, a 500m event for those between 6 and 9 years old, and a 1km event for children aged between 10 and 13.
